We are in receipt of your complaint and we will deal with it promptly, effectively and in a

Discrete Heat Complaints Procedure
- We will acknowledge and review your complaint promptly and thoroughly
- We will endeavour to respond to you within 10 Working Days of receipt of your complaint
- If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this time we will send you an update, giving the reasons why we have been unable to give you a final response
