PUBLIC VERDICT: ThermaSkirt won a major contract with national chain Plumbase, has been exported to countries as diverse as Iran, Russia and Turkey and is on test with the NHS.

DRAGONS' REACTION: "This was a missed opportunity and could be the one that got away," admits James Caan.
