It is very rare that I take time out to write anything other than a complaint about shoddy goods or poor service, maybe my Victor Meldrew years are upon me sooner than I thought, however, on this occasion I felt that I could not miss the opportunity to congratulate you and your team on such a marvellous product and service.

After many false starts and delays I have finally been able to take delivery of my ThermaSkirt heating system. From the outset of finding DiscreteHeat on the internet my dealings with Ethan have restored my faith in customer service. Ethan made 2 visits to my home during the construction phase of my new extension and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was a valuable source of advice and his assistance has proved invaluable, he is a credit to DiscreteHeat and a shining ambassador for your ThermaSkirt product.

As to your product I was initially sceptical and only sought you out after being told my flooring was unsuitable for underfloor heating. How anyone could go down the expensive and time consuming avenue of underfloor heating when faced with a choice of DiscreteHeat’s innovative skirting board radiators is beyond me, for the price of a couple of designer radiators I have a sleek, unobtrusive and superb heating system in my hall and large extension . It works superbly, looks fantastic, heats the room brilliantly with no cold spots, and is cheap to run, ThermaSkirt is win win win!!!!

I am so impressed with your product, service and customer care and I have no hesitation in recommending ThermaSkirt to anyone, in fact if you have any potential customers who are unsure or wavering and they want to see the system installed and working I would be only too happy to allow them to come and view my ThermaSkirt.
